TONIGHT: Kirkland: Important changes: Rose Hill and Bridle Trails Neighborhood Plan Update

11/20/2018
The Rover

Imagine the neighborhood is a plant, the neighborhood policy determines what we except the plant to look like, what temperature to keep it, when and how to trim or when to leave to grow natural, what determines its water and fertilizer needs, how much sunlight it gets, whether it needs 'decoration', and why it is important to us.*

November 20, 2018 Kirkland City Council Meeting

KIRKLAND CITY COUNCIL MEETING
     City Council Chambers
     Tuesday, November 20, 2018           6:00 p.m. - Study Session
     7:30 p.m. - Regular Meeting

10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

a. 2019-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Update

b. Rose Hill and Bridle Trails Neighborhood Plan Update

This update defines the policies for the neighborhood.  It is a key document to understand what is and what is not allowed in the neighborhood, zoning implications, and strategies/vision of the neighborhood. We understadn that this is not a vote on the policy changes, but is a Council review.
